1) Avoid hard & hot food like popcorns, chips, nuts and tea, coffee

3) Drink more fruit juices
4) Drink more cold milk
5) Lactobacilli through buttermilk, curd
6) Vit-B complex*
7) Honey can be applied on ulcers
