Hibiscus / Shoe flower / Jaswand / Japa / Ondrapushpi / Hibiscus rosa-sinensis

There are a number of varieties of Hibiscus. Two commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine are the red and white. It is used for menstrual disorders, hair disorders, diarrhoea.
