Symptoms
1) Red painful swelling appears at the margin of the lid
2) Neighbouring conjunctiva is congested
Therapeutic consideration
1) General health of the patient should be improved with good diet and vitamins
2) Hot fomentation should be applied on the lid to hasten suppuration
3) Vit-C *
4) Vit-B complex*
5) Vit-E*
6) Treat nasal anomaly if any, like allergic rhitinis or chronic sinusitis

According to ayurveda this is predominantly a KAPHA disorder with mild involvement of VATA and PITTA doshas afterwards.
